Sonja Pototzki-Raymond - The Search Queen, our Founder and CEO
In October of 2018, Sonja Pototzki-Raymond established The Search Republic. The Search Republic was born from a desire by Sonja to offer high performing campaigns and marketing programs to businesses that deliver real results – ones that deliver a positive ROI from and achieve sustained success for her clients. She wanted to make a real difference to businesses hungry for growth. She wanted to operate her agency unlike many others – ethically and future driven.
Since 2018, Sonja has grown her agency and team exponentially, partnering with clients throughout Australia and across the globe.
Originating from Ireland, Sonja’s leadership style is built around commitment, dedication and living her values. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration Honours degree, majoring in marketing and management, Sonja went on to study and receive her Master of Science in Marketing Consumption and Society at the University of Limerick in Ireland. This standard of excellence drives the team at The Search Republic to keep pushing boundaries and deliver outstanding results.
As managing director and one of our resident Google gurus, Sonja uses her coaching skills to effectively manage her team, ensuring they meet deadlines and maintain high standards, something her team prides itself on!
